How can a client request changes to a proposal?
Overview
If a client reviews a proposal and wants something adjusted — pricing, scope, equipment, terms, or any other detail — they can request changes by adding comments directly on the proposal. This lets the sender know exactly what needs to be revised before the client signs or accepts.
- The client receives an email with a link to the proposal.

- Clicking the link opens the proposal in the client's web browser. The client scrolls through the proposal to review the project scope, pricing, BOM, and terms before signing.

- If the client is not satisfied with the proposal and would like to request changes, they can add comments to the proposal.
