How can a Client Decline a Proposal?
Overview
If a client reviews a proposal and decides not to move forward, they can decline it directly from the shared proposal link. Declining notifies the sender so they can follow up or revise the proposal as needed.
- The client will receive an email with a link to the proposal.

- Clicking the link opens the proposal in the client's web browser. The client scrolls through the proposal to review the project scope, pricing, BOM, and terms before Declining.

- If the client is not satisfied with the proposal, click the Decline option on the right side of the screen to decline the proposal.

- After clicking the Decline option, you will be prompted to confirm your email address and provide a reason for declining the proposal.

- Once you decline the proposal, its status will appear as Declined on the right side of the screen.

Note:
- If the client declines the proposal, the user will receive an email notification informing them that the proposal has been declined. The email will also include the reason provided by the client, helping the user understand the client's feedback and take any necessary follow-up action.
