How Can a Client Accept a Proposal?
Overview
Once a proposal has been submitted through X-DOC, the client receives a link to review the document online. From there, they can view the details, add comments if needed, and formally Accept or Decline the proposal.
- After the sender submits the document via Review & Submit, the client receives an email notification containing a link to the proposal.

- The client clicks the link in the email, which opens the X-DOC proposal. The client can scroll through the proposal to review all included details — project scope, Bill of Materials (BOM), pricing, and any attached documents or drawings.

- Once the client is satisfied with the proposal, they need to click the Accept button located in the top right menu of the proposal page.

- Once the client accepts the proposal, its status will be updated to Accepted on the right side of the screen. Both the client and the sender will receive a confirmation notification. The accepted status will also be reflected on the X-DOC Dashboard, and any comments exchanged during the review will be available in the document’s Activity Log.
