Can I include drawings and product details in my proposal?

Overview

Yes, you can include both drawings and product details in your proposal. This helps make your proposal more informative, visually clear, and client-ready by showcasing the design along with the associated equipment.

To add a drawing and product to a proposal, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The proposal must be linked to a Design or Project. Please refer to the link to know how to create a proposal for a project: https://knowledgebase.xtenav.com/en-us/article/how-to-create-proposal-for-project-1e0xnhv/

• After that, open the proposal and go to the Rooms and Items page, Here, you will be able to view the list of added products. If you added the product to your design or drawing after creating the proposal then you can sync your design with your proposal by clicking on the Sync with design option

• You can also add items from here by clicking on the Add Item button.

Steps to Include Drawings

• Open the proposal where you want to include drawings, then click on the Add Element button to add a drawing to the proposal.

After clicking on the Add Element button, a dialog box will open. From the available options, select Drawing to proceed.

Once you click on the Drawing option, the linked design will appear. From there, you can browse the design folder and select the desired drawing to add to the document.

After selecting the desired folder, the system will begin processing and fetch the data from the selected folder.

Once the processing is complete, the selected folder and its drawing contents will automatically appear in the proposal.
