Can I edit a proposal after sending it to the client?

Once a proposal has been sent to the client, it cannot be edited directly.

To make any changes, you will need to recall the proposal, which will move it from the Sent stage back to the Draft stage.

Kindly follow the steps below to proceed:

From the x.doc dashboard, locate the document you want to recall. You can only recall proposal from Sent and Viewed stage

For the selected document, click the Action menu (three dots ⋮) and choose Recall.

Click Move to Draft to recall the x.doc document.

Once you click on it, the document will be moved to the Draft section, where you can edit and update it as per your requirement.

When a document is recalled, it is moved to the draft stage, and an email will be sent to the client informing them that the document has been made void. Documents can only be recalled when they are in the Sent or Viewed stages.
