XTEN-AV GSuite Business Email Integration

Introduction

XTEN-AV's design platform is integrated with Google Authentication, allowing users to easily authenticate their GSuite, Outlook, or other accounts. This allows sending proposals directly through your authenticated business email address.

However, please note that sending emails using GSuite only works with business emails, and the administrator of your email domain must have enabled "domain-wide delegation" for your GSuite domain.

For steps to turn on domain-wide delegation for your GSuite domain, please follow this link: Enable Domain-Wide Delegation For Your GSuite Domain.

Here's the process to integrate your GSuite account with XTEN-AV and send emails:

Connecting Your GSuite Account

Log in to your XTEN-AV account at XTEN-AV.
Click on the 'Settings' option in the top right profile area. Under the 'x.doc Settings' tab, you'll find the 'Business Email Integration' option.

Cick on "Login with Google". You'll be redirected to Google's login page.

Log in to your Google account to authenticate.

You'll see a confirmation when your XTEN-AV account is successfully connected with GSuite.

Sharing x.doc Document Using GSuite Email

To submit a document to a client, click on the "Review & Submit" option from the 'Actions' menu. You can also access this option from the x.doc dashboard page.

On the Review & Submit page, you can see your GSuite account details.
Customize your email by changing the subject, body, adding CC or BCC emails, then click on the "Send to Client" button. The client will receive the email from your name, along with a link to the document. They can then view, sign, and accept the document.

Note: In order to utilize the full capabilities of your GSuite Business account on the XTEN-AV platform, you'll need to enable "domain-wide delegation." For step-by-step instructions on how to do this, please refer to this guide: https://knowledgebase.xtenav.com/en-us/article/enable-domain-wide-delegation-for-your-gsuite-domain-1tgiwfr/
