Why are the products in my library not showing up in the Rack Builder tool?

Note: Products saved in "My Library" will not be available in the Rack Builder tool. Only products from the XTEN-AV Library are supported and will appear in the Rack Builder.

This means that any custom or user-added items in "My Library" cannot be used while building racks. To use a product in the Rack Builder, please ensure it exists in the official XTEN-AV Library.
