What should I do if some products in my uploaded BOM are not available in the XTEN library?

When you upload the BOM, XAVIA AI will automatically fetch the data from the file.


Once you confirm, the BOM will be uploaded.


If the product is available in the XTENAV library, the platform will use the existing data. Otherwise, a new product will be created in the My Library section of your account.


Additionally, you can request update the product list in your My Library by reaching out us via chat or by emailing [support@xtenav.com]().
