What should I do if I can’t find a product in the library?

Overview

If you’re unable to find a specific product in the XTEN-AV library, you can still proceed with your design by creating a Custom Product. This ensures your workflow is not interrupted and allows you to include any item not currently available in the library.

Steps to Create a Custom Product:

From the Search & Add products page click on the "Add Custom item" option.

Select the Single Product option.

Fill in the product details as per your requirements. If you want to add ports information for your custom item, Click on the Add Port option.

You can add multiple ports to your product by clicking on the 'Add Port' information. Fill in the ports details as per your requirements. Click on the 'Save' button to save your product.

After creating the product, it will appear in your BOM and X-DRAW Editor with port information.

Note:- All custom products you create will be saved in My Library and only visible to users within your organization.
