What are 'variables' and how to add them to an x.doc document?
Introduction
'Variables' in x.doc are placeholders that you can use to automate specific details in your document, such as the client's name, address, email, phone number, etc. This can save you time and ensure consistency across your documents. Here's how you can add variables to your x.doc document:
Adding Variables
Select the element where you want to add the 'Variable' on any page. The Variable menu will appear on the right of the proposal.
Select the variables you want to add and click the 'Plus (+)' icon next to the variable name.
Once you click on the Variable, it will appear under the selected text box.
