NETSUITE CRM integration with XTEN-AV
Introduction

Purpose of the Integration
The NetSuite CRM integration aims to connect your existing systems and workflows with NetSuite, allowing for automated data syncing, real-time updates, and streamlined business processes. This ensures that all customer-related information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Pre-requisites:
Before setting up the NetSuite CRM integration with the XTEN-AV platform, ensure the following key information is available.
Account ID:
- The unique identifier of the account(s) in NetSuite that will be synchronized with XTEN-AV.
- Required to map account-level data accurately.
Client ID:
- The Client ID generated from your registered NetSuite integration.
- Used for authentication when connecting XTEN-AV to NetSuite via the API.
Opportunity ID:
- The unique identifier for opportunities in NetSuite.
- Required to sync opportunity details and associated documents between NetSuite and XTEN-AV.
Integration Steps: Retrieving Required Data
Before connecting NetSuite CRM to XTEN-AV, you need to gather three key pieces of information: Account ID, Client ID, and Opportunity ID. Follow the steps below to retrieve them:
Step 1: Create a New Integration in NetSuite
- Log in to your NetSuite account with Administrator access.
- Navigate to: Setup → Integration → Manage Integrations → New.
- Enter a Name for your integration (e.g., “XTEN-AV Integration”).
- Check the Token-Based Authentication or OAuth 2.0 option (as required).
- Save the integration.


Step 2: Retrieve Client ID and Client Secret
- After saving the integration, the system will display the Client ID and Client Secret.
- Copy these credentials securely; they will be used to connect XTEN-AV to NetSuite.
- Important: The Client Secret is only visible at creation. If lost, generate a new one.

Step 3: Retrieve Account ID
You can get your NetSuite Account ID using either of the following methods:
Method 1: Via Company Information
- Navigate via the menu: Setup → Company → Company Information.
- On the Company Information screen, locate the Account ID field.
○ It is typically displayed near other company details like Time Zone or Legal Name.
- Note down the Account ID for use in XTEN-AV.

Method 2: From the Browser URL
- Log in to your NetSuite account.
Look at the browser’s address bar. Example URL: https://1234567.app.netsuite.com/
- The number before .app.netsuite.com (e.g., 1234567) is your Account ID.
- Use this ID when configuring the XTEN-AV integration.
