Integration Steps: Retrieving Required Data

Before connecting NetSuite CRM to XTEN-AV, you need to gather three key pieces of information: Account ID, Client ID, and Opportunity ID. Follow the steps below to retrieve them:

Step 1: Create a New Integration in NetSuite

  1. Log in to your NetSuite account with Administrator access.
  2. Navigate to: SetupIntegrationManage IntegrationsNew.
  3. Enter a Name for your integration (e.g., “XTEN-AV Integration”).
  4. Check the Token-Based Authentication or OAuth 2.0 option (as required).
  5. Save the integration.

Step 2: Retrieve Client ID and Client Secret

  1. After saving the integration, the system will display the Client ID and Client Secret.
  2. Copy these credentials securely; they will be used to connect XTEN-AV to NetSuite.
  3. Important: The Client Secret is only visible at creation. If lost, generate a new one.

Step 3: Retrieve Account ID

You can get your NetSuite Account ID using either of the following methods:

Method 1: Via Company Information

  1. Navigate via the menu: SetupCompanyCompany Information.
  2. On the Company Information screen, locate the Account ID field.

○ It is typically displayed near other company details like Time Zone or Legal Name.

  1. Note down the Account ID for use in XTEN-AV.

Method 2: From the Browser URL

  1. Log in to your NetSuite account.

Look at the browser’s address bar. Example URL: https://1234567.app.netsuite.com/
