Inventory management in x.doc becomes essential when a contact has accepted a proposal, and you need to update the status of your items accordingly. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use the inventory management feature in x.doc:
Accessing Inventory Management
- From the x.doc dashboard, click on the 'Inventory Management' option under the "Action" button.
Changing Item Status
- This will take you to the Inventory Management page, where you can change the status of each item.
- Select the item whose status you want to change, then select the desired status from the drop-down menu.
Updating Status for Multiple Items
- You can update the status of all items at once by selecting all items and changing the status using the 'Change status' option.
