Introduction


Inventory management in x.doc becomes essential when a contact has accepted a proposal, and you need to update the status of your items accordingly. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use the inventory management feature in x.doc:


Accessing Inventory Management


  1. From the x.doc dashboard, click on the 'Inventory Management' option under the "Action" button.



Changing Item Status


  1. This will take you to the Inventory Management page, where you can change the status of each item.



  1. Select the item whose status you want to change, then select the desired status from the drop-down menu.



Updating Status for Multiple Items


  1. You can update the status of all items at once by selecting all items and changing the status using the 'Change status' option.



Downloading Inventory Management Document


  1. You can download your Inventory Management document in .XLS or .PDF format for your records.



Note: The Inventory Management document can only be used when the proposal has been accepted.
