How to use ADI pricing in Proposal?

Overview:

XTEN-AV allows users to use ADI pricing when creating proposals for their projects. Once the ADI pricing integration is configured, users can apply the available dealer pricing to products in their proposals. This helps users maintain accurate product pricing and prepare proposals more efficiently using their preferred pricing source.

Open your proposal and go to the Rooms and Items section.

In the Rooms and Items section, click on Add Items.

Use the search function to find and add items to your proposal. Once added, click on the product to view the details, including pricing fetched from the ADI database.

If ADI pricing is selected as the default supplied price, it will automatically be chosen in the dropdown. There will be no need to change this if ADI is the default supplied option.

You can easily switch between ADI and XTEN-AV pricing using the drop-down menu. This toggle will apply to all products in the room, as well as on the Areas and Items page.
