How to Syncing Opportunities Between XTEN-AV and NetSuite

Once your NetSuite account is connected, you can manage opportunities directly from your XTEN-AV Projects.

Open the project in XTEN-AV that you want to sync with NetSuite.

On the Actions panel (right side), you will see the option Sync with NetSuite.

○ Pull Changes from NetSuite → If the opportunity was originally pulled from NetSuite, using this option will update the XTEN-AV project with the latest changes made in NetSuite.

○ Push Changes to NetSuite → If you have made changes in XTEN-AV, use this option to send those updates to NetSuite. All linked project documents (Proposals, BOM, Schematics, etc.) will also be uploaded to the related NetSuite opportunity.

This ensures that both platforms remain synchronized and reflect the most up-to-date information.
