How to sync Zoho deals to XTEN-AV?

To sync your Zoho deals with XTEN-AV projects, first you need to connect XTEN-AV account with Zoho account. There is a two ways to sync your Zoho deals with XTEN-AV.

Go to the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Zoho' option under the 'Integrations' tab.



Go to the 'Deals / Project' option.



Click on the Pull Deals button under the Deals / Projects Option.



Choose deals that you would like to be pulled (downloaded) from Zoho into your XTEN-AV and click on the submit button.



Click on the ‘Sync Deals’ button.



Once clicked on it all your All chosen deals from Zoho will be visible on the XTEN-AV projects.



Go to the All Projects page by clicking on the All Projects option under the Projects option from the left navigation menu.



To sync your Zoho deals with XTEN-AV, click on the 'Pull from Zoho' button under the 'Sync' tab.



Select the deals which you want to sync from Zoho and click on the 'Sync' button.



Once you click on it, your Zoho and XTEN-AV deals / Projects will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.
