How to sync Zoho contacts to XTEN-AV?

To sync your Zoho contacts with XTEN-AV, first, you need to connect your XTEN-AV account with your Zoho account. There are two ways to sync your Zoho contacts with XTEN-AV.

1. Go to the Settings option in the top right profile area.

• Once you click on it, you will find the Zoho option under the Integrations tab.

• Click on the Pull contacts button under the Contacts Option.

• Choose Contacts that you would like to be pulled (downloaded) from Zoho into your XTEN-AV and click on the submit button.

• Click on the Sync Contacts button.

• Once clicked on it all your All chosen contacts from Zoho will be visible on the XTEN-AV.

2. Go to the All Contacts page by clicking the Contacts option from the left navigation menu.

• To sync your Zoho contacts with XTEN-AV, click on the Pull from Zoho button under the Sync tab.

• Select the contacts which you want to sync from Zoho and click on the Sync button.

• Once you click on it, your Zoho and XTEN-AV contact will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.
