How to sync XTEN-AV projects to Zoho?
To sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho, first you need to connect an XTEN-AV with Zoho. There is a two ways to sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho.
- Go to the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Zoho' option under the 'Integrations' tab.
Go to the 'Deals / Projects' option.
Click on the gear icon, select the documents that you want to send from XTEN-AV to Zoho Opportunity while syncing and click on the save button.
Click on the Push Deals button under the Deals / Projects section.
Choose Projects that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Zoho account and click on the Submit button.
Click on the ‘Sync Deals’ button.
- Go to the All Projects page by clicking on the All Projects option under the Projects option from the left navigation menu.
To sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho, click on the 'Push to Zoho' button under the 'Sync' tab.
Select the projects which you want to sync from XTEN-AV to Zoho and click on the 'Sync' button.
Once you click on it, your XTEN-AV and Zoho Deals / Projects will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.
You will be able to see the projects that were in XTEN-AV, which are now shown in the Deals section in the Zoho dashboard.
Go to the Zoho account, click on the Deals section.
