How to sync XTEN-AV projects to Zoho?

To sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho, first, you need to connect XTEN-AV with Zoho. There are two ways to sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho.

1. Go to the Settings option in the top right profile area.

• Once you click on it, you will find the Zoho option under the Integrations tab.

• Go to the Deals/projects option.

• Click on the gear icon, select the documents that you want to send from XTEN-AV to Zoho Opportunity while syncing and click on the save button.

• Click on the Push Deals button under the Deals / Projects section.

• Choose Projects that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Zoho account and click on the Submit button.

• Click on the Sync Deals button.

2. Go to the All Projects page by clicking on the All Projects option under the Projects option from the left navigation menu.

• To sync your XTEN-AV projects with Zoho, click on the Push to Zoho button under the Sync tab.

• Select the projects which you want to sync from XTEN-AV to Zoho and click on the Sync button.

• Once you click on it, your XTEN-AV and Zoho Deals / Projects will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.

• You will be able to see the projects that were in XTEN-AV, which are now shown in the Deals section in the Zoho dashboard.
• Go to the Zoho account, click on the Deals section.
