How to sync XTEN-AV contacts to Zoho?

To sync your XTEN-AV contacts with Zoho, you must first connect your XTEN-AV account with Zoho.

There are two ways to sync your XTEN-AV contacts with Zoho.

Method 1:

Click on the Profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

Click on the Integrations option from the left-hand menu bar. Then, select Zoho.

A section will expand under Zoho.

Click on Contacts, then select the Push Contacts button to proceed.

Select the contacts that you would like to push from XTEN-AV to your Zoho account.

Click on the Sync Contacts button to proceed.

Once clicked, all your contacts from XTEN-AV will be synced and made visible in your Zoho account.

A confirmation pop-up window will appear once the process is complete.

Method 2:

Navigate to the All Contacts page by clicking on the Contacts option in the left-hand navigation menu.

Click on the Sync button located in the top-right menu bar.

From the dropdown menu, select Zoho, then click on Push to Zoho to proceed.

Select the contacts you want to sync from Zoho by checking the box left to each contact.

Once selected, click on the “Sync” button to proceed.

Once you click on it, your XTEN-AV and Zoho contacts will be synced shortly. You will receive a notification once the sync process is complete.

The synced contacts will now be visible in the Contacts section of your Zoho dashboard.

To view them, log in to your Zoho account and click on the Contacts option from the navigation menu.
