How to Sync XTEN-AV All Accounts to Salesforce?

To sync all your XTEN-AV accounts with Salesforce, you must first integrate your XTEN-AV account to your Salesforce account.


There are two ways to sync your Salesforce accounts with XTEN-AV.


Method 1:


Click on the Profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.




Click on the Integrations option from the left-hand menu bar. Then, select Salesforce.



A dropdown menu will appear — click on Accounts. Then click on Push Accounts.





A pop-up window will appear displaying the list of accounts available in XTEN-AV.


Please select the desired accounts by checking the corresponding boxes, and then click on the Submit button to proceed.




Click on the Sync Account button.


Once selected, all your accounts from XTEN-AV will be synced and made visible in your Salesforce account.




Method 2:


Navigate to the Accounts section from the left-hand menu bar.



You will be redirected to the Accounts page.


Click on the Sync button located in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Salesforce.


An options list will appear — click on Push to Salesforce.



Select the account that you want to push to Salesforce, and then click on the Sync button on top menu bar.


A pop-up notification will appear with the message: Your Salesforce and XTEN-AV accounts will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.
