How to sync the XTEN-AV project with Monday.com?
To sync your XTEN-AV project with Monday.com, first you need to connect your XTEN-AV account with the Monday.com account.
Once you have completed the design/ bill of materials, you can use three ways to send data back to Monday.com:
The first way is to send all the project data to the Monday.com platform. For this, you have to go to the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Monday.com' option under the 'Integrations' tab. Select the 'Project' option.
Click on the gear icon, select the documents that you want to send from XTEN-AV to Monday.com Project while syncing, and click on the save button.
Choose the Project that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Monday.com account by clicking on the 'Push Project' button and click on the submit button.
Click on the Sync Project button. Once clicked on it all your projects data from XTEN-AV will be visible on the Monday.com account.
The second way is to send all the project data to the Monday.com platform. Go to the project page and inside the “Project Settings” menu click on "Push Changes to Monday.com"" and to send back the project data from XTEN-AV to Monday.com.
The third way is to send all the project data to the Monday.com platform. Go to the All Project page by clicking on the 'All Projects' option from the left navigation menu.
To sync your XTEN-AV project with Monday.com, click on the 'Push to Monday.com' button under the 'Sync' tab.
Select the design and click on the 'Sync' button. Your Monday.com and XTEN-AV account will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.
To view the XTEN-AV project data in Monday.com, go to the Project section under the Monday.com account.
