How to sync Projects from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365?
Once your XTEN-AV account is connected with Dynamics365. The following details will guide you on how to push projects from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365:
Go to the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Dynamics365' option under the 'Integrations' tab.
Under the 'Opportunities/Project' option, choose Opportunities that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Dynamics365 account by clicking on the 'Push Opportunities' button and clicking on the submit button.
Click on the gear icon, select the documents that you want to send from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365 Opportunity while syncing and click on the save button.
Click on the Sync Opportunities button. Once clicked on it all your chosen projects data from XTEN-AV will be visible on the Dynamics365 account.
Push project from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365 for an individual project
Go to the project page and inside the “Project Settings” menu click on "Pull / Push Changes from Dynamics365" option.
Select the Projects which you want to Push/Update changes to Dynamics365. You can also select the documents which you want to Push/Update to Dynamics365 by clicking on Customize option.
Please select the documents you want to Push/Update. Click on the Save button.
All the Pushed/Updated documents (Proposal, Upload floor plan, Rack layout, and Signal Flow diagram, etc) from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365 are visible under the Timeline section on the Dynamics365 account.
