How to Sync Inventory with XDRAW project?

Overview


In XPRO, you can sync your Inventory with your XDRAW project to ensure that products used in drawings are aligned with your inventory records. Syncing Inventory with XDRAW helps you:

  • Maintain accurate stock tracking
  • Align drawing products with available inventory
  • Reduce manual product duplication
  • Improve project and warehouse coordination


Step-by-Step: How to Sync Inventory with X-DRAW Project


  • From the left-hand navigation menu, select X-PRO.
  • Expand the Install section.
  • Select Dashboard to open the X-PRO Install Dashboard



  • Go to the Project Dashboard. Open the required project.



  • From the side menu, select the Inventory.



  • On the Inventory page, click Sync with Project to sync your X-Pro project with the XDRAW project. Once completed, both projects will be successfully synced.



Notes: Product identifiers (SKU/Model Number) must match for accurate syncing. If a product does not exist in Inventory, it may need to be added manually. Syncing does not delete any drawing data.
