How to sync Hubspot deals with XTEN-AV projects?

There are two ways to sync projects from HubSpot to XTEN-AV:

Method 1:

Click on the Profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

Click on the Integrations option from the left-hand menu bar. Then, select Hubspot.

Expand the HubSpot section, then click on the Deals/Projects option. Next, click on the gear icon to select the documents you want to sync with HubSpot.

A pop-up window will appear. Toggle on the documents you want to sync for the project, then click on the Save button to proceed.

Click on the Sync Deals button. Once clicked, all the selected project data from XTEN-AV will be synced and made visible in your HubSpot account.

Method 2:

Navigate to All Projects, then click on the Sync button located in the top-right corner.

Select HubSpot from the dropdown menu. When the options list appears, click on Push to HubSpot.

Select the checkbox next to the projects you want to sync, then click on the Sync button to proceed.

notification pop-up will appear displaying the message: “Done.”
