How to sync Contacts from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365?
Go to the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Dynamics365' option under the 'Integrations' tab.
Under the 'Contacts' option, choose contacts that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Dynamics365 account by clicking on the 'Push Accounts' button and click on the submit button.
Click on the ‘Sync Contact’ button. Once clicked on it all your chosen contact from XTEN-AV will be visible on the Dynamics365 account.
On the Dynamics365 account, you can see all the Pushed/Updated XTEN-AV contacts under the "Contacts" section.
You will be able to see the contacts that were in XTEN-AV, which are now shown in the contacts section in the Dynamics365 dashboard.
