How to sync Contacts from ConnectWise PSA to XTEN-AV?

  • Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. From the menu, select Settings.



  • Once you click on it, you will find the ConnectWise PSA option under the Integrations tab. Select the Contacts option.




  • Click on the Sync Contact button. Once clicked on it, all your chosen contacts from ConnectWise PSA will be visible on the XTEN-AV.
