How to sync Contact from Monday.com to XTEN-AV?

Overview:

XTEN-AV allows users to sync contacts between Monday.com and their XTEN-AV account. Users can import contacts from Monday.com into XTEN-AV or push existing XTEN-AV contacts to Monday.com. This can be done through Settings > Integrations > Monday.com > Contacts or from the Accounts & Contacts page using the available sync options. This integration helps users keep their contact information organized and updated across both platforms.

To sync your Monday.com contacts with XTEN-AV, first you need to connect XTEN-AV account with Monday.com account.

You can use two ways to sync contacts from Monday.com to XTEN-AV:

From the dashboard go to the Settings option, in the top right profile area.

Once you click on it, you will find the Monday.com option under the Integrations tab. Select the Contacts option.

Choose Contacts that you would like to be pulled (downloaded) from Monday.com into your XTEN-AV account by clicking on the Pull Contacts button.

Once you click on it, a pop-up window will open, allowing you to select the desired contacts.

Click on the Sync Contact button. Once clicked on it, all your chosen contacts from Monday.com will be visible on the XTEN-AV.

Go to the All Contact page by clicking on the Accounts & Contacts option from the left navigation menu.

Now to pull any contacts from Monday.com to XTEN-AV, click on the Pull from Monday.com button under the Sync tab.
Also, to update any contacts from XTEN-AV to Monday.com, click on the Push to Monday.com button under the Sync tab.

Select the contact which you want to update and click on the Sync button. Your Monday.com and XTEN-AV account will be synced in a while and you will get a notification.
