How to sync accounts from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365?
Once your XTEN-AV account is connected with Dynamics365. The following details will guide you on how to push accounts from XTEN-AV to Dynamics365:
Go to the 'Settings' option, in the top right profile area. Once you click on it, you will find the 'Dynamics365' option under the 'Integrations' tab.

Under the 'Accounts' option, choose Accounts that you would like to be pushed (uploaded) from XTEN-AV into your Dynamics365 account by clicking on the 'Push Accounts' button and click on the submit button.

Click on the ‘Sync Account’ button. Once clicked on it all your All accounts from XTEN-AV will be visible on the Dynamics365 account.

On the Dynamics365 account, you can see all the Pushed/Updated XTEN-AV accounts under the "Accounts" section.
You will be able to see the accounts that were in XTEN-AV, which are now shown in the Accounts section in the Dynamics365 dashboard.
