How to sync accounts from Hubspot to XTEN-AV?

To sync all your Hubspot account with XTEN-AV, you must first integrate your XTEN-AV account to your Hubspot account.

There are two ways to sync your Hubspot accounts with XTEN-AV.

Method 1:

Click on the Profile icon located in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select the Settings option from the dropdown menu.

Click on the Integrations option from the left-hand menu bar. Then, select Hubspot.

Choose Accounts that you would like to be pulled (downloaded) from Hubspot into your XTEN-AV account by clicking on the 'Pull Accounts' button and click on the submit button.

Click on the ‘Sync Account’ button. Once clicked on it all your All chosen accounts from Hubspot will be visible on the XTEN-AV account.

Update accounts from Hubspot to XTEN-AV from All Accounts page

Go to the All Account page by clicking on the 'Accounts & Contacts' option from the left navigation menu.

Now to Update any accounts from Hubspot to XTEN-AV, click on the 'Pull from Hubspot' button under the 'Sync' tab.

Also, you can Update any accounts from XTEN-AV to Hubspot, click on the 'Push to Hubspot' button under the 'Sync' tab.

Select the account which you want to update and click on the 'Sync' button. Your Hubspot and XTEN-AV account will be updated in a while and you will get a notification.

The screenshot below shows that the accounts on Hubspot are now created/updated on XTEN-AV.
