How to sync a particular project in ConnectWise PSA?

Go to the project page. Inside the “Project Settings” menu, click on Sync With ConnectWise and then click on the "Push Changes from ConnectWise PSA" option.



Select the projects that you want to push/update changes to in ConnectWise PSA. You can also select the documents that you want to Push/Update to ConnectWise PSA by clicking on the Customize option.



You can update the product details as per you from the drop-down and after making all the changes click on Save Mapping to continue.


To quickly find and view your synced products, follow these easy steps:

Go to Sales – Click on the Sales tab.

Select My Opportunities – Navigate to the My Opportunities section.

Open Your Opportunity – Find and open the opportunity where the products are synced.

View Synced Products – Click on the Products tab to see all the synced items.








NOTE: You can find products under Procurement in the Product Catalog.
