How to show room wise Rooms & Items in a x.doc editor/client PDF?

This article explains how to display Rooms & Items room-wise in the x.doc editor and ensure the same structure appears correctly in the client PDF. Showing items room-wise helps clients easily understand what products belong to each room.

Steps to show Room wise items

Navigate to the Rooms & Items page and select Rooms & Items Settings.

Under Layout Preferences, select Room Wise to list items by room, then click Save & Close to save your changes.

From the Actions button dropdown, select Preview to view the applied changes.

Preview the document or generate the Client PDF to confirm that Rooms & Items are displayed room-wise.

Notes: Items will display room-wise only if they are correctly assigned to rooms. Preview the document to ensure the layout looks clean and organized.
