How to show or hide summary for rooms and items?

This article explains how to show or hide the summary for rooms and items in your document or proposal.

This option helps control what information is visible in the summary section, making the document more detailed or more concise based on client requirements.

Steps to Show or Hide Room and Item Summary

Navigate to your proposal's 'Rooms & Items' section and select 'Rooms & Items Settings' from the right.

The Rooms & Items Settings dialog box will open. Under Layout Preferences, select the Only Summary option.
Once you’ve made your selection, click Save & Close to apply and save your settings.

To see the changes, click on the Actions button and choose Preview from the drop-down menu.

In the Preview, go to the Rooms & Items section. You’ll now see the summary view displayed there.

Note: Please note that these changes will only appear in the Preview option and in the final proposal you send to the client.
