How to share the saved x.doc template?
Introduction
In x.doc, you can share the templates you saved with other users in your group. This feature allows for efficient collaboration and consistency across documents. Here's how you can share a template:
Sharing a Template
Click on the x.doc templates option under the templates option from the left navigation menu.
Once you click on it, it will lead you to the template page, where you can share your saved Template under the 'My Templates' option.
Hover on the Template you want to share and click the 'Share' button under the three dots ( ⋮ ) icon.
Select the groups you want to share this Template with from the drop-down menu.
Once selected, click the 'Share' button, and your Template will be shared with the selected group.
Note: Once you share a template, all users in the group can create a proposal using this Template.
