How to share the saved x.doc template?

Introduction

In X.DOC, you can share saved templates with other users in your group. This feature allows for efficient collaboration and consistency across documents. Here's how you can share a template:

Steps to Share a Template

Click on the X-DOC tab, and then select Templates from the left navigation menu to open the Templates page.

After clicking, you will be redirected to the Templates page, where you can share your saved templates under the My Templates section.

Hover over the template you want to share, click the Action icon ( ⋮ ), and then select Share.

Select the group(s) you want to share the template with from the drop-down menu.

Once the group is selected, click the Share button to share the template with the selected group.

Note: Once a template is shared, all users in the selected group can create proposals using that template.
