How to share a x.doc document with your team / co-workers?

On the x.doc dashboard page, click the three dots ( ⋮ ) icon to open the 'Actions' menu. From the list, click on the 'Share with co-worker' option.
The 'Share Document' dialogue will open. Select the team members with whom you want to share your document.
Click the 'Share' button and you document will be shared with the co-worker.
