How to save x.doc document as a Template?

In XTEN-AV, you can save an x.doc document as a Template so that you can reuse the same format, layout, and content structure for future projects.

Step-by-Step: How to Save x.doc as a Template

• Navigate to the x.doc section. Open the document you want to save as a template.

• On the x.doc editor page, click on “Save As New” under the Templates option located at the bottom-left side of the proposal.

• Enter the template name and click the “Save” button. If you would like to save the equipment list with this template, check the box “Do you want to save the equipment list with this template?” before saving.

• To view or use your saved template, click on “My Templates” under the Templates option in the left navigation menu.
