How to recall an already submitted x.doc document?
Introduction
In x.doc, the 'Recall' feature allows you to move a sent document back to the draft stage, enabling you to edit and update it as required. Here's how you can recall an x.doc document:
Recalling an x.doc Document
On the x.doc dashboard, go to the x.doc document you want to recall.
Click on the 'Recall' option under the 'Action' option.
Click on the 'Move to Draft' button.
Once you click on it, it will move your x.doc document to the draft section and you can edit and update it as per your requirement.
Note: Recalling a document will move it to the draft stage, and an email will be sent to the client informing them that the document has been made void. You can only recall a document when it is in the Sent or Viewed stages.
