How to recall an already submitted change order document?

On the X.doc dashboard, go to the change order document you want to recall.. Click on the "Change Order" option under the "Action" option.

Once you click on it, it will take you to the page where you can view all your created change orders.

Click on the "Recall" option under the Action icon.

Click on the "Void It" option to recall your change order document.

Once you click on it, it will move your change order document to the draft section and you will be able to edit and update it as per your requirement.

Please Note -
This will move the document back to draft stage and send out an email to the client, informing them that the particular document has been made void. Also, you can only recall a document when they are under Sent or Viewed stages.
