How to raise a ticket to report a bug?

If you encounter a technical issue or unexpected behavior while using the platform, you can report it by raising a support ticket. Submitting a detailed ticket helps our team investigate and resolve the issue quickly.


Steps to Raise a Bug Report Ticket


  • On the main dashboard, navigate to the left-hand side panel and locate the Help option. Under Help, click on Support/Feedback.


  • Enter the details of your query or bug and click on the Raise Issue button. XTEN-AV resolves all reported issues within 48 hours.
