How to Push Contacts from from XTEN-AV to NetSuite

1. Under the Contacts tab in XTEN-AV, click on Push Contacts (XTEN-AV → NetSuite).

2. A pop-up window titled “Contacts from XTEN-AV” will appear, showing the list of available XTEN-AV contacts.

○ Use the checkboxes to select the contacts you want to upload.

○ You may also use Select All to push all contacts.

○ Use the Search bar to quickly find a contact.

3. After selecting, click Submit.

4. Then click on Sync Contacts.

5. The selected contacts will now be pushed to NetSuite and will appear in the Companies/Contacts module in NetSuite.

6. If any contact details are updated later in XTEN-AV or NetSuite, repeat the same steps to sync changes.
