How to Pull Contacts from NetSuite to XTEN-AV

  1. Go to the Contacts tab under NetSuite integration inside XTEN-AV.


  1. Click on Pull Contacts (NetSuite → XTEN-AV).


  1. A pop-up window titled “Contacts from NetSuite” will appear, displaying a list of available contacts.

○ Use the checkboxes to select the contacts you want to import.

○ You may also use Select All to pull all contacts.

○ Use the Search bar to quickly find a specific contact.


  1. After making your selection, click Submit.




  1. Then click on Sync Contacts.




  1. The chosen contacts will now be pulled from NetSuite and become available inside XTEN-AV under the Contacts.
