How to make multi-tab connections and unsync products?
You can now create connections between devices from the different tabs in X- DRAW Editor. These connections, once saved, will automatically reflect in your cable schedule.
Please follow the steps to make multi-tab connections.
Click on the ‘Multi Tab Connection’ Option.
Once you click on it, the 'Multi Tab Connections' dialog box appears on the right side of the screen.
Make a connection to the port / device. The port and connection details will be shown to you in the Source section of the dialog box.
Create a connection to another port. These port details will be shown to you in the Destination section of the dialog box. Click on the 'Connect' button.
You can create multi-tab connections between two tabs and even within single tab.
Once you click on the Connect button, it will connect the ports of these product blocks. Click on the 'Unsave Changes' button to save your connections.
While working on X-DRAW, if you want to add product in the editor and not in the bill of material, you can unsync such products by following the given steps.
Open the ‘Unsyned Products’ dialog box from the format panel of the toolbar.
Once you click on it, it will open the ‘Unsyned Products’ dialog box on your X-DRAW Editor.
Select the products that you wish to unsync and click on the ‘Add’ button in the ‘Unsynced Product’ dialog box.
