How to Generate tasks with AI?

  1. In the left navigation menu, locate X-PRO, then select Dashboard from the dropdown.



  1. After clicking on it, select the project from X-pro dashboard.




  1. Navigate to the Task section within your selected project. On the right-hand side of the screen, click Generate Tasks with AI. AI will start generating tasks for you.




  1. Once the AI generates the task, open it to view the details. Select the task and click on the Edit button.
  2. From there, you can check the task’s start and end dates, Priority, stages, assigned person. 




  1. You can also review the checklist and the items included in the task.



  1. You need to scroll down to see other options. Also you can add your comments to the task.
