Generating a report in XTEN-AV allows you to extract project data in a structured format for review, sharing, or documentation purposes.

Reports can help you:

  • Review project details
  • Share information with clients or team members
  • Analyze product data and quantities
  • Maintain project documentation records


Step-by-Step: How to Generate a Report


  • You can create a report directly from the Dashboard. On the left-hand side menu, locate and click on the “Report” tab to proceed.


  • After clicking on the Report tab, the report menu will open. From there, select the “Generate Report” option.



  • Select the desired file format, date range, and report type as per your requirements, then click on the “Generate” button.




Notes: Ensure all project data is finalized before generating the report. Report availability may depend on your subscription plan. Large projects may take a few moments to process.
