How to download a x.doc document Zip file?

Introduction

Downloading the x.doc document as a Zip file from XTEN-AV can be done in two simple ways. We've designed an easy process to ensure you can obtain your documents swiftly. Here's how:

Downloading from the x.doc Dashboard

Navigate to the x.doc Dashboard.
Locate the Action Button, represented as three dots.
Click on the "Download Zip" option under the Action Button.



Downloading from the x.doc Editor Page

If you're already working within the x.doc editor page:

Find the "Action" option.
Click on "Download Zip" under the Action option.



Note: All zipped documents will be sent via URL to your registered email.
