How to download a x.doc document Zip file?

Introduction

You can download an x.doc document as a ZIP file in XTEN-AV using two simple methods. This guide explains how to download the ZIP file from both the x.doc dashboard and the editor page.

Downloading from the x.doc Dashboard

Navigate to the x.doc dashboard. Locate the document and click the Action menu (three dots ⋮). Select Download Zip from the menu.

Downloading from the x.doc Editor Page

If you're already working within the x.doc editor page:

Locate the top-right corner of the page, click the Action menu, and then choose Download Zip.

Note: All zipped documents will be sent via URL to your registered email.
