How to delete the task?

Overview

This article explains how to delete a task in X-Pro. Deleting a task will permanently remove it from the project, including its details, comments, and attachments. Please ensure the task is no longer required before proceeding.

Steps to Delete a Task

From the Main Dashboard, click on “X-PRO Dashboard” in the navigation menu to access it.

Open the Project you would like to Delete Task, then click on the Task button to proceed.

Locate the task you want to delete, click on the three dots (⋮) next to it, and select the Delete option. The task will then be removed from the list.

Notes: ⚠️ Deleting a task is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated comments and attachments will also be removed. If you do not see the delete option, you may not have sufficient permissions. Please contact your Super Admin.
