How to delete Task stages in X-Pro?

Overview

In X-Pro, you can manage your workflow by creating and deleting task stages in the Tasks (Kanban View) section. If a stage is no longer required, you can easily remove it to keep your task board organized.

Steps to Delete a Task Stage

• Navigate to your X-Pro project where you want to Delete the Task Stage.

• From the Project Dashboard, go to the Tasks section.

• Find the task stage (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed, Pending). Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the stage header. From the dropdown options, select Delete Stage.

• Confirm the action to permanently remove the stage.
