How to Delete an X-Pro Project?

Overview

This article explains the steps to delete a project in X-Pro. Deleting a project will permanently remove all associated data, including designs, BOM, documents, and related information. Please ensure you no longer need the project before proceeding.

Steps to Delete an X-Pro Project

From the Main Dashboard, click on “X-PRO Dashboard” in the navigation menu to access it.

Locate the project you wish to delete in the project list, click on the three dots (⋮) next to the project name, and then select “Delete Project” from the dropdown menu.

A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Confirm to permanently delete the project.

Notes: ⚠️ Deleting a project is permanent and cannot be undone. All designs, BOM, drawings, and attachments within the project will be permanently removed. If you do not see the delete option, you may not have sufficient permissions. Please contact your Super Admin for assistance.
