How to create sales order in Zoho Books

To create a Sales Order in Zoho Books, you must first connect your XTEN-AV account with Zoho Books.

Once the integration is completed, navigate to the x.doc Dashboard page. After the proposal has been moved to the Accepted stage, click on the three-dot (⋮) menu top right corner of the proposal.


From the dropdown options, select Create Sales Order.





Select the Project from the dropdown menu to sync it with the Zoho Books, then click on the Select Project button.


Please wait a few moments while the process completes. The Sales Order will be created in Zoho Books, including all the items from the proposal.






In your Zoho Books account, navigate to the Sales section from the left-hand menu, then click on Sales Orders.


This will display all the Sales Orders created from the XTEN-AV platform.




You can also edit the Sales Order by clicking on the Edit icon and making changes as per your requirements.




If a Change Order is created and accepted, an Update Sales Order button will appear on the proposal.


Clicking this button will allow you to apply the approved changes to the previously created Sales Order.






In your Zoho Books account, navigate to the Sales section from the left-hand menu and click on Sales Orders.


This will display all the Sales Orders that have been updated from the XTEN-AV platform.
