How to create a sales order in Zoho Books?

To create a sales order in the Zoho Books first you need to connect XTEN-AV with Zoho Books. To connect with Zoho Books, please see the reference link:-

On the x.doc dashboard page, once the proposal has been moved to the accepted stage, you will find the 'Create Sales Order' option under the 'Action' button.





Select the Zoho Books project from the drop-down menu to sync with the sales order, and click on the 'Select Project' button. Wait for a few moments, and the sales order will be created in Zoho Books, including the items from the proposal.








In your Zoho Books account, click on the 'Sales Orders' option under 'Sales' in the left navigation menu. This will display all sales orders created from the XTEN-AV platform.




Also, you can edit Sales Order by clicking on the 'Edit' icon as per your requirements.




If you make a change order and it is accepted, an 'Update Sales Order' button will appear on the proposal, allowing you to apply the changes to the previously created sales order.








In your Zoho Books account, click on the 'Sales Orders' option under 'Sales' in the left navigation menu. This will display all sales orders updated from the XTEN-AV platform.
