How to create area-wise proposal?

You can create an area-wise proposal from a design. Please follow the steps below:

First, you need to create an area-wise design. You can add area in your desing by following steps mentioned in the given link: https://knowledgebase.xtenav.com/en-us/article/how-to-add-area-in-design-1dm1fk9/

Then, Create New Proposal from the View Design Docs button.

• Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the X-Doc templates. From there, you can either start from scratch or select an existing template.

• Once you proceed, you need to name the proposal and mention all the required details then choose the option as per your requirement.

• Once selected, you will be navigated to the proposal page.

Go to Room & Items section and click on the Room & Items Settings.

Select the YES for Show Items Area option and click on the Save and Close button.

If your products have labor in your proposal then the labor will be reset to Zero. (You may need to reconfigure labor values after enabling this setting.)

You can view the Area-wise products in your proposal.
