How to connect to Monday.com Deals via webhook to XTEN-AV platform?

  • Go Inside Monday Deal board:
  • Click on the Integrate and select More Integrations.


 

  • Search: Webhook and click on Webhook.



 

  • Use this template “When an item is created send a webhook”

➔   Click on this template “When an item is created send a webhook”

➔   Go to the XTEN-AV Platform

➔   Account URL get from XTEN-AV,  “settings -> Integrations -> Monday.com -> Account Webhook Endpoint”



 

  • Add Account URL in Webhook URL.
  • Click the “Connect” button.



 

 

  • Create Automation with “When an item is created, send a webhook”


 

 

  • By default, the “Item Created” webhook trigger is enabled. If it is not selected, please make sure to select it to ensure proper webhook functionality.



NOTE:

  • Once you create any Deal in monday.com, it will be automatically synced to XTEN-AV within 15 minutes.
  • If you create a deal on Monday and do not assign any person, the deal will not be created in your XTEN-AV account.
  • To ensure the deal is created in XTEN-AV, you must assign a person to the deal on Monday.
  • If the assigned user exists in your XTEN-AV group, that user will receive access to the same project created in your account.
