How to connect to Monday.com Account via webhook to XTEN-AV platform?

  • Go Inside the Monday Account board: Click on the Integrate and select More Integrations


  • Search: Webhook and click on Webhook.




  • Use this template “When an item is created send a webhook” 
  • Select on this template “When an item is created send a webhook”



  • Go to XTEN-AV Platform
  • Get Account URL from XTEN-AV  settings -> Integrations -> Monday.com -> Account Webhook Endpoint





  • Add Account URL in Webhook URL.
  • Click on the “Connect" button.



You will be redirected to “Create Automation” with the “When an item is created, send a webhook” page.



  • Click on the “Create Automation” button on the “When an item is created, send a webhook” page.
  • By default, the “Item Created” webhook trigger is enabled. If it is not selected, please make sure to select it to ensure proper webhook functionality.


  • You are now ready to sync Accounts every 15 minutes.
  • Once you create any Account in monday.com, it will be automatically synced to XTEN-AV within 15 minutes.
